I've been wondering what else I can do for him. He's been seeing you for about a month now and it doesn't seem to be helping. If anything he's more withdrawn than before.

Psychiatry rarely produces instant results. It can take several weeks just to get to know a patient on the most superficial level. But are you saying you sent one of your staff to see me because he was withdrawn?
