Thursday, March 16, 1995 Anna Green tripped and fell on the south stairway at 1:06 p.m. while leaving the building for lunch. Ms. Green limped into my office to file a report, at her friend's insistence. Ms. Green stated that there was nothing wrong with the stairs, she simply tripped. Ms. Green's left ankle appears to be sprained. Her co-worker drove her to the emergency room. Follow-up note: Got a call from the emergency room at 3:15, Dr. Gomez. Mild Sprain, left ankle. |
